  Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel,  is a Senior Officer at RMDC LBSL. He has been working as a Branch Manager of Itahari Branch since 2017. He has been associated with RMDC LBSL since 15th April, 2010. Before joining RMDC, he had worked at the Valley College of Technical Sciences, Kathmandu as an Accountant for one year and with P & P Associates (Insurance Loss Assessor), Kathmandu as an Assistant Loss Assessor for 2 years. He has done Master's in Business Studies from TU. The major trainings he has acquired are: i) Community-Based Microfinance for Financial Inclusion organized by Coady International Institute, St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia, Canada, ii) Agri Value Chain Financing by Centre for International Cooperation and Training in Agricultural Banking (CICTAB) Pune Maharastra India, iii) Microfinance Training of Trainers Blended Learning course, jointly organized ADB, Institute and Tokyo Development Learning Centre, The World Bank and accredited as fully certified trainer of the microfinance distance learning course, iv) Loan Disbursement on ADB Project organized by Asian Development Bank, v) Financial Management Training organized by Asian Development Bank, Nepal Resident Mission, vi) Manager as a coach conducted by RMDC, Kathmandu, vii) Internal Audit Training conducted by RMDC, Kathmandu, viii) Financial Analysis and Delinquency Management, conducted by RMDC, Kathmandu, ix)  Study visit to Grameen Bank, ASA, and IDF, Bangladesh.

  Mr. Bharat Kumar Singh, is a Senior Officer and working as the Branch Manager of Kohalpur Branch of RMDC. He joined the organization as an officer on 13 June 2010. His academic qualification is Masters in Rural Development from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He has worked in Nirdhan Utthan Bank Ltd for 6 years. Mr. Hikmat Bahadur Bam, is an Senior Officer at the Supervision and Compliance Department. of RMDC. He joined the organization as an Officer on September 5, 2013. His academic qualification is Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. Before joining RMDC, he has worked with Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. for 3 years. Mr. Shyam Babu Sah

Senior Officer, Resource Mobilization & Financial Management Department.

 

Mr. Shyam Babu Sah, is an Senior Officer of RMDC. He joined the organization as an Officer (CA) in January 2016. Before joining RMDC, he worked with the Ridhi Sidhi Enterprises Private Ltd. (Kathmandu) for about 2 years and Alpine Polirub Pvt Ltd (Delhi) for 1.5 years. His Professional Qualification is Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (The ICAI) and academic qualification is Bachelor in Business Studies and Commerce from TU Janakpur

The major trainings he has acquired are: i) Internal Audit of Manufacturing Entity, Trading Entity, Public Sector Undertakings , Educational Institution like Delhi University etc under the mandatory training requirement  of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India ii) 15 days training on General management and Communication Skill conducted by The ICAI,  iii)100 hours training on Information Technology conducted by The ICAI, iv) Internal quality auditors training on ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 19011 International Standards- Guideline for auditing management system conducted by URS Nepal Pvt. Ltd., v) Accounting and Auditing Standards Issued by The ICAI and The ICAN.

     

Mr. Bimal Khatiwada

Mr. Bimal Khatiwada, is a officer at the Credit Management Department of RMDC. He joined the organization as an Junior officer on 16th July, 2013. His academic qualification is Masters in Business Studies (MBS) and Bachelor in Law (LLB) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Before joining RMDC, he worked with South Asian Centre for Policy Studies (SACEPS) a regional base INGO as a "Finance Officer" for 2.5 years.

     

Ms. Sweta Shrestha

OfficerResource Mobilization & Financial Management Department.

 

 Ms. Sweta Shrestha, is a  Officer at the Resource Mobilization & Financial Management Department. of RMDC. She joined RMDC on October 27, 2007 as a Senior Assistant. Her academic qualification is Masters Degree in Business Economic (Marketing) from Wigan & Leigh College, Nepal. Before joining RMDC, she has worked with the Rising Nepal as a Reporter and the Gorkhapatra Sansthan as a photo journalist as an intern. She had also volunteered for the United Nations Women’s Organizations (UNWO) as an Associate Editor. The major trainings she has acquired is Beginners’ level Accounting course and Advance level Accounting course.

     

 

Ms. Shreejana Shrestha

Ms. Shreejana  Shrestha, is a  Junior Officer  at   Human Resource Management and Service Department of RMDC. She joined RMDC on June 15,2001 as a Junior Assistant. Her academic qualification is Master's Degree in Business Studies (Finance, Capital ..structure)  from Tribhuvan University,  Nepal.   Before joining RMDC, she has 'worked  with  Star Language institute, NIC  College, Simarika-,Media Pvt. Ltd. as front Desk Officer. Mr. Krishna Prasad Adhikari, is a Junior Officer at Itahari Branch, RMDC. He Joined RMDC on 5th September 2019. Before joining RMDC, he worked at Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Ltd.as a field supervisor for 3 years and at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd as Branch Manager for 2.5 years. He has completed Masters Degree in Business Studies from Nepal Commerce Campus. Before joining RMDC he has worked as the Co-founder and General Secretary in Binary Circle. His academic qualification is Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc.CSIT) from Tribhuvan University.  The major trainings he  has  acquired  are: i) Diploma  in Computer Hardware and Networking from NIEC, ii)Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: SQL 2012-14 iii)Java Program Training from Crystal IT iv) Android Program Training v) Networking Training vi) Windows 8.1 App Development Campaign conducted by Microsoft Innovation Center vii) IT Risk Management with NRB Perspective Training conducted by Nepal Banking Institute viii) Study Visit to Grameen Bank, ASA and IDF in Bangladesh.

Before joining RMDC, he has 4.5 years of working experience in commercial banks. He has also worked in RMDC for 2 Years under the Sakchyam project. Before  Joining, RMDC he worked as an intern at ACE development  Bank.

     

Ms. Sumitra Giri

Senior Assistant, Institutional Capacity Development and Planning Department

  Ms. Sumitra Giri, is an Senior Assistant at the Institutional Capacity Development and Planning Department of RMDC.  She joined the organization as an assistant on 14th March 2017. Her academic qualification is Masters Degree in Humanities and Management from Tribhuvan University. Before Joining RMDC, she worked with Gorkha FM 93 MHz as a RJ on health related informative program for 3 years, and with Youth Vision Organization, as a counselor for 1 year. The major trainings  she acquired  are:  i) Office Package  Computer  Training, conducted  by Successes Education  Planet  Institute, Kathmandu,  ii) Training  on 15 month course of CMA  (Community  Medical  Assistant ) from Ambika Health Training School ,Sallaghari, Bhaktapur. iii)"Care and Support Training" conducted by Youth Vision. iv) Training on Advanced course of 6 month Montessori "conducted by Career training Foundation (CTF Nepal). V) Training on Effective Credit Management for MFIs conducted by BIFN Nepal (21-23 Jan 2019) vi) Study Visit to Grameen Bank, ASA and IDF in Bangladesh.
