RMDC convened 16th Annual General Meeting

Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. convened 16th Annual General Meeting in January 12, 2015, at Trade Tower, Kathmandu Nepal. General Meeting approved the report of the Centre, balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement of the fiscal year 2013/14 presented by the Chairman Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana. As per the report RMDC has earned net profit amounting to Rs.171.82 million in the fiscal year 2013/14. The General Meeting also approved proposed 10% bonus share and 21.58%(including TDS of bonus share) cash dividend for the shareholders.
